I know everybuddy is individual, and what works for one might not work for another, but I thought it might be fun for us to see what others are doing! My Answer: I normally workout 5-6 days a week. I usually do some combination of things....treadmill, elliptical, videos/dvds, and weights. It just depends on my mood.
