How many times a week, and for how long do you exercise?

I know everybuddy is individual, and what works for one might not work for

another, but I thought it might be fun for us to see what others are doing!

My Answer:

I normally workout 5-6 days a week. I usually do some combination of

things....treadmill, elliptical, videos/dvds, and weights. It just depends on my

mood. I normally do 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours, again depending on what I choose

to do.
