Guest guest
I've been taking a triple ginseng formula for years now called " Hi-Ener-G " . I've noticed an hour or after ingesting it my libido soars & I have scads of energy. (too bad I don't have a man around the house...lol!) But seriously ginseng is normally considered a " man's " herb (more testosterone-enhancing) to upgrade & maintain his libido & sperm count/health. The herb for women (more estrogenic) is Dong Quai. Dong Quai never did a thing for me energy-wise. But ginseng sure does. Might try that natural remedy before resorting to hormones. Works for me. Tho one medicine woman friend told me ginseng can cause depression for some women. I think it depends on one's hormonal genetics. And one's astrology too, i.e. their Mars & Venus placements...lol! Not funny tho as it's so true. I think the only way to find out is to try it. Can't hurt & ought to be noticeable same day with an hour or two after ingesting enough of it. Guest guest
Want one of mine??? I live with 4 men and I tell them all the time that NONE of them are going to be replaced! LOL Maybe it is the Ginseng in my Vitamins that is giving me a little more energy. I actually made a roast yesterday and have been cleaning house!! LOL Still have a long way to go, but that will get better with Armour, I am sure! :-)) Thanks for the info Ingrid, Kathy Re: *Yestosterone (was:joint pain/Val I've been taking a triple ginseng formula for years now called " Hi-Ener-G " .
