I've lived in Southern California for a very long time. The Spanish

influence has pervaded much of my cultural awareness. So, in

keeping with the years of California brainwashing I've received, I

hereby suggest we name our commune Rancho San Diego (get it?). As

far as a common last name is concerned, I'm a little leery of that

idea, since it smacks of scary cultism. So, if you're willing, you

and I can get married and I'll take the last name of Torrey, in

honor of the coolest place I've ever played golf. The rest can

marry each other if they wish. If that's not an option, then

perhaps we can name ourselves " Group W " in remembrance of the " Group

W Bench " , on which Arlo Guthrie spent his day at the Armed Forces

Induction Center as hilariously detailed in " Alice's

Restaurant " ...get a copy, listen, have a laugh!!!
