Guest guest
My leader told me that only non-fat plain yogurt was a core food, that any other kind of yogurt wasn't. My hubby buys these fat free, sugar free fruit-flavored yogurts that are less than a cup each, and comparing them to the plain yogurt, they seem to be comparable as far as calories. Why would these not count as Core? Further, she told me fat-free, sugar-free puddings were core foods. Is that right?
