Sorry it has taken me so long to respond to your knee question. Been a rough

week and a half. I had arthroscopic surgery on the left knee twice to repair

meniscal tears and once on the right knee. They are both torn again. They always

find more damage when they go in there surgically than what they see on the MRI

films. That's one reason I suggest you get new MRI's of you knees, the tears

have probably progressed. I take glucosamine chondroitin, it helps the pain some

but it doesn't stop them from re-tearing unfortunately. Good luck!
