I quit about 3 years ago just about this time of year. I did it cold turkey, did not even plan on it just did it. Gave the half full carton to my Dad and said never again and I have not even had a puff. It is VERY hard at first but to tell you the truth I do not even miss it one bit. I thought it would be impossible to be around smokers and not want one but now I cant stand the smell of it. I don't preach to people to quit, it is something they will do when they are ready. But I will be available for support and prayers. If you quit and fall off the wagon don't beat yourself up and say "I cant do this!", just jump back on the wagon and try again. YOU CAN DO IT!!
