It is called the " snow belt " for a reason. We had a snowmobile back then and it helped make the winter a lot more fun. I'm going to send you a picture of me next to a snow drift near my house, OK? Sorry you almost fell on your face though Hugs, Sue
Guest guest
OH Lordy! That's just too much snow Joyce! S. 32 and counting > I went out to see if the only doorstep I can get out onto needed to be cleared off before I retire for the night and almost went flat on my face. > > We're now up to 32 inches of snow in 24 hours. No one gets 32 inches at once...This is bloody ridiculous. There is 5 feet of snow in the whole driveway. Still have power, thank God! > > Now we're getting clobbered with about another 10 inches starting tomorrow. There is a pile where the driveway got plowed this morning, with a front end loader, no less - almost 10 feet high! Aaaarrggghhh!!!!!!! I haven't got hurt on the snow or ice yet this year - I'm just waiting! > > Joyce > > >
Guest guest
Joyce that is way too much snow! I do not know how you manage. I could just picture myself falling flat on my face, I actually did that a couple of times while living in Chicago and Iowa. not fun at all! I definately do not miss that at all! I doubt it would matter if your doorstep needed clearing, who is out in that weather. well, no-one should be! you stay warm and we will keep praying that you do not loose power! hugs, jen > I went out to see if the only doorstep I can get out onto needed to be cleared off before I retire for the night and almost went flat on my face. > > We're now up to 32 inches of snow in 24 hours.
