Guest guest
That's interesting, thanks for posting it. I guess the new WW recommendation of 4 APs a day isn't too far off. I'm able to get plenty of APs because I run so much, but I figure a lot of folks aren't. If you don't weigh much, it can take quite a bit of activity to get 4 points worth. Guest guest
Ha HA! So I'm NOT obsessed! So many people act like I need to seek psychological help because I actually want to get 60-90 minutes of exercise per day. Hey, it's not only exercise...it's destress time, take charge of my health time, mull over my priorities time, talk to God time, talk to myself time, listen to music time, listen to books time, and catch up on the news time. I can get a LOT done in that time, or better yet...next to nothing except leave my troubles and my fat cells behind. > That's interesting, thanks for posting it.
