That's interesting, thanks for posting it. I guess the new WW

recommendation of 4 APs a day isn't too far off. I'm able to get

plenty of APs because I run so much, but I figure a lot of folks

aren't. If you don't weigh much, it can take quite a bit of activity

to get 4 points worth.

Ha HA! So I'm NOT obsessed! So many people act like I need to seek

psychological help because I actually want to get 60-90 minutes of

exercise per day. Hey, it's not only exercise...it's destress time,

take charge of my health time, mull over my priorities time, talk to

God time, talk to myself time, listen to music time, listen to books

time, and catch up on the news time. I can get a LOT done in that

time, or better yet...next to nothing except leave my troubles and my

fat cells behind.
