Several comments were made about Core food eating. I find that I'm much more

motivated to exercise knowing I can use those Activity Points to eat bread

or something like that. I could never do Flex without eating the fruits and

vegetables, I'd just get too hungry. But I'm just three days into the plan,

so what do I know? If anybody is able to find a loophole, it would be me.
