Hi Nathalie, I also find it hard to get some good lower points

snacks. But a few I use are:

the old faithful fruits, like a large banana (2) or good sweet apples

(2) or a cup or two of grapes (1 pt per cup).

a diet pop

a measured amount of nuts like almonds (12 for 2 points)

low fat pretzels (2 points worth)

cut up ready to eat veggies (when I am in the mood to handle this)

granola bars or frosted flake bars (2 points ea.) ( but I need to be

careful with these and have them for when I am out and about on the

run so I only have one or two on me)

sometimes a good cup of just plain old sweet coffee with half the

amount of cream in it..

a measured amount of the low fat party mix (2 points)

I use measured amounts of cold cereal for sweet attacks a lot (2

points) there are a lot out there, just take your favorites in a

baggie and you can mix different ones)

I love the mini rice cakes, so many flavors..

crunchy dill pickles.

low fat crackers and the low fat wassa crisps.

The WW candies are very chewy and keep the mouth occupied awhile..lol.

Just an idea here, but even these are getting stale to me. I keep my

eye out for others who post their new favorites and sometimes they

will be something I like too.

that you can recommend? I love to snack at work but all I have is

popcorn and that gets boring.
