Guest guest
Hello all, I am new to the group. I started weight watchers over 5 years ago and have been on and off program since then. when I first started it was Winning Points, then 123 success, and now it has the Flex plan. I decided to start back up yesterday, and since there wasn't a meeting available to go to and I didn't want to wait until Wednesday, I weighed myself, joined the etools again with my code out of my old book, and started today. I am planning on going to the meeting on Wednesday. I am at this point 20lbs heavier than when I first joined WW, and 40 lbs heavier than when I last joined. I'm hoping that since I'm not really going to get supoprt at home (I live with 2 girls who are also overweight, and 1 man who needs to gani it) that being online will help. Any advice anyone can give would be greatly appreciated.

Guest guest
E-tools is available on the Ww site and does cost $12.95/month. It allows you to track your points and view your progress online, plus you have access to the WW message board (which I think you can get without the subsription to e-tools) and you can also look up recipes and create your own. > Hi , > > Nice to meet you ! > What etools? are we able to use the ww website? or is that something we need to pay for? > > Cheers! > > new to the group, > > > Hello all, I am new to the group. Guest guest
, Etools is, for me, a valuable help. It's a quick way to get accurate point values on every food known to man, and in measurements/increments of your choice (ounces, cups, pounds, whatever). In addition there is a recipe builder, where you can input a favorite recipe and it will calculate the points for you. There are menu and weight trackers as well. I pay $9.95 per month, because I sign up for 3 months at a time, and to me it's worth the money! Bette 278/173/??

Guest guest
Bette, Thanks! I've been using fitday.com but I was wanting more menu ideas, I've been sticking mainly to a vegetarian menu. Breakfast is always a tough one for me, I'm not sure what to eat as I am not big on breakfasts. (although I know I have to eat it) Also lunches, what to pack and what to have as a snack. Any help or ideas from anyone would be greatly appreciated! Cheers! RE: new to the group, , Etools is, for me, a valuable help.
