Guest guest
Hello everyone, My son has been in the DDB for a month and I have noticed he now has a quarter-like size bruise on his left heel. Have any of you experienced this? I am wondering if it will turn out to be a blister soon and I should head it off with some type of padding. Thanks in advance for any advice you may have......I love this group!!! and Cole (bi-lateral clubfeet)

I put a padded band aid on for a couple of days with a little bit of polysporin as well. He did get a small blister on it . My son is 4 months old & has had the DBB on for 3.5 months. He is doing very well. On the 20th of April, he gets them off during the day & only has to wear them at night. He really likes wearing them; believe it or not! He likes to stand with them on. He has a unilateral left clubfoot. Hope this info helps you out! Jewel Shurtleff Deseronto,Ontario

Guest guest
, I would be cautious about that. What color is it? Bruise color (normal bruise) or is it black/purple? Guest guest
It is what I would say normal bruise color would be. I will make sure I keep a very close eye on it and see how he reacts. Thanks!
