Guest guest
, I'm so glad to hear that! It seems like just yesterday (okay, not acutally yesterday)that you just didn't know what to do. So why is he just doing the 3 weeks? Is that because of the time he spent in the shoes/casts before? How is he accepting the transition to the brace? Here's hoping things continue to go great! Pam and (8-12-01) > Just got back from St.Louis yesterday. Guest guest
Tyler is doing very well with the brace, he has taken the transition great! He don't fight me to put them back on after baths and I don't see him trying to work them off. Not sure if he is just happy to have the casts off or if these are more comfy then the regular dbbs. Oh and my son has heels! When the other doc got done casting Tyler he still really didn't have a heel, just kinda blended into his leg. He has such pretty feet now, and really big feet too! I am just so happy. Oh and he is just doing the 3 weeks cause dr dobbs said that is just to get him used to the braces then he can go into just nights. Think it has something to do with his age I am not sure. Dr. Dobbs wasn't there when he had his casts removed so I havn't had a chance to talk to him yet. He was away at a convention. I emailed him on how could Tyler was doing and I am now awaiting his response.
