Guest guest Posted August 5, 2004 Report Share Posted August 5, 2004 Thanks I have seen the bracelet and know it works well for some folks but I have ADD and not a real good memory so have to write down everything the old fashioned way. Could NEVER keep track without seeing food list in front of me! It's no big deal. I write down everything else so why not food. Just one more thing to write down to jog my " race car brain " (as Hallowell calls ADD). (see www.drhallowell.com a psychiatrist who has ADD himself and who definitely gives the disorder class!) Besides, I'm pushing 60 years old so have some age going on there also...
