Boullion Cubes vs. canned broth

Thanks! Another dumb question: are they the same as the fat-free cans of

chicken broth or do they sell fat-free bullion cubes?

1 boullion = 8oz..it can be salty though, so a little extra water is fine..

I don't have the label in front of me, but I think most are FF or only have .5

of fat...Deb
