Rhonda, I have the fat free Loneys brand,it comes in a round

container like spices. Right now I have it in the onion and chicken

flavors.

I also have a box of the cube type in low-fat, it is from " McCormick

All-Vegetable Boullion " in the chicken flavor .. If you look around

the next time your in a larger supermarket, you probably will find a

quite a few varities to choose from...

My favorite is of course the fat free broths which I use a lot...
