2nd weigh in today

Hello all,

Just need a tad of encouragement...just tell me it's going to be okay. Remind

me!

On my 1st weigh in I had lost 5.2 lbs. (and it was the week before I started my

period). So today was my 2nd weigh in and I had only lost 1/2 a pound. I know

I was on my period all week, but I had eaten more veggies and drank extra water

in case of bloat. I still have not had any coffee or sodas in 2 weeks, I

haven't eaten out, and only had pasta once this week. I stayed well within my

points, and still did not lose as much weight as I had hoped.

Hopefully it will be better next week? I know that it's better to lose slower

than faster, but I need to see a bit more rewards of my efforts than 1/2 a

pound.
