I was checking out the soy milks. I think the Westsoy has 8g of sugar where

the Vitasoy had only 4g but was a little more expensive. Westsoy was

1.99-2.39 and Vitasoy was 2.59-2.79 depending which store. I found both in

the regular food store in the nutritional aisle.

Westsoy makes a sugar free soy milk that's not too bad. Actually they make

some very good tasting creamers for coffee. Most health food or organic

food stores would sell their products.

Hope this helps.

milk

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have a suggestion for someone who's 2 months post op who

really wants to have her decaf coffee light? I don't want to do milk, half

and half, dry cremora etc. Is there anything that isn't high in sugar or

carbohydrates? I've checked soy, goat etc. Any suggestions would be

appreciated. I ony have 1 or 2 cups in the morning and then that's it but I

just can't seem to switch to it dark. I know all you black coffee drinkers

are saying if I'd just give it a chance I'd never go back but I've made so

many changes now. LOL I'm whining I know. Help if you can. Thanks.

I never use milk. I use that non-dairy powdered stuff, I've actually always

liked it. For the amount that I use, there's not much sugar in it - the one

that I have says that for 1 tsp it has 10 calories, 1g carb, no sugar amount

listed. I dump pretty easily so it's got to be low in sugar.

I use the Cremora. Makes it taste ultra creamy. Yes, there is a dab of sugar in

it, but I use very little.
