Guest guest
Hi , I did finally locate a contact number for the manufacturer of my smoothie maker and was going to call them this morning. But guess what.... In the meantime, I took the whole thing apart and found the (broken) spigot thingey to be really gunked up inside. (yuk) After cleaning it as best I could, it still wasn't clean enough to suit me. Add to that the problem I've had with detaching the bottom blades portion from the unit since the very beginning, and I decided to chuck the thing and get a new one! I checked, and the new ones have changed the design on the blades attachment, plus they've added a handle to the upper tank portion for easier handling and they're providing a cap to replace the removable spigot thing. All in all, it's worth the cost to replace the whole thing. I use this almost daily and have definitely gotten my money's worth!
