Hi Sandy, I got this list off Dotties site..it is a longer one, but I

had copied and pasted the stuff I wanted and filed it away..hope it

helps....I have always found that the fruit measurements are never

that clear with WW. They should have a weight measurement chart for

them and not just the cup measurement..it would make it so much

easier..anyway here goes...it is one I use often.

The Strawberry info is to the bottom....

PS: Does anyone else use this list from her site.....
