Guest guest
I am sorry. I think I am miss reading this. Are you saying that you ate your target (28 points daily) plus your flex points for the week (35 points) and another 79 points on top of all that? Maureen RE: JPJeffries - weigh in and last weeks points OK, So I worked through my points for the week, trying to mark down everything I ate on Sat and Sunday. I went 79 into my flexies, yes, that's my normal 28 daily, plus 35 for the week PLUS 79. it's NO wonder I gained! LOL Oh well, this week is a new week. and I'll hopefully not be ridiculous next weekend! JPJ -----Original Message----- I can't even show you my points from last week bc I havent' managed to figure out Saturday or Sunday yet. but suffice it to say I overate mostly all week and really binged while away this weekend. I'm up 3 lbs - 230 from 227. but it's only fair! JPJ
Guest guest
YES! Guest guest
Its good that you are keeping track. Its easy to eat the points, hard to accept the fact that we've really eaten all those points, but journaling is such an important step to realizing what needs to change. One step at a time, right? Maybe this week your goal can be to cut out the pudding and pizza's and replace them with more protein and fiber. Then you won't be so hungry I bet. Also, you can still have the pudding, just use the jello fat free pudding, using skim milk. That should help. Teres Re: RE: JPJeffries - weigh in and last weeks points I am sorry. Guest guest
Actually, as depressing as this might be about my state of mind, It was 85% emotional eating while away for the weekend. I just need to get a hold of myself. The other 15 or so % were simply bad choices that if I'd taken the effort I could have had a salad with each meal and had more water that day. Today's been great - only a handful of mini marshmallows for bad food items in fact! JPJ Re: RE: JPJeffries - weigh in and last weeks points I am sorry. I think I am miss reading this.
