Good grief, you leader wouldn't like me!

My bedtime snack is usually 8 points. (2 cups of milk, 1 pt worth of Nestle No

Sugar Added Chocolate Milk and some kind of bread item--love my carbs!)

I try NOT to follow a set rule. I go by what my body tells me. Some mornings I

wake up and could eat the house, so I have a heavy breakfast. Usually I have 1

pt worth of bran flakes, 1 pt worth of Fiber One and 2 pts worth of milk.

That's it for breakfast, then a fruit for a snack midmorning.

I listen to my body and it tells me what I need, when I need it.

(I choose to do 3 servings of milk/calcium per day)

I usually eat a light lunch too, 4-6 points. Have lots of salad, because it's

free. If I'm ravenous, though, I eat more!

Typically, I save my points for dinner and night. That's when I'm hungry,

that's when I want to eat.

The beauty of Weight Watchers is we can make the program work for us. This

works for me, but it wouldn't work for others.

I think the only thing you need to watch out for is keeping your blood sugar

level. And that's by eating frequently throughout the day in small quantities.

Points Questions

Is there a minimum number of points you should be eating for breakfast?

Lunch? Dinner? My WW leader gave us a breakdown of 6,7,7 but overall not to

save too many points for late at night. Also when do you eat your last meal?

I workout first thing in the morning and always have a 2-4 point breakfast

and then a 6-8 point lunch and dinner and snack through out the day. My last

meal is no finished by 7pm.
