Guest guest
Rhonda, DON'T WORRY!! =) The first week you lose a lot of water weight, so our weigh-ins tend to be awesome!!! Then, your body adjusts a bit and the 2nd week can be a little dissappointing. This is all individual, so the same rules don't apply to every person, but I assure you that you will not be having 1/2 pound losses for the rest of your WW journey. =) Keep on track and see how week 3 goes. I was losing about 1-2 lbs. a week steadily until about 9 weeks when I suddenly lost 3 lbs. in 2 weeks in a row! I was blown away that I had lost 6lbs. so quickly, but now I'm back to my old faithful 1-2lbs. So, you'll have really great weeks and then some not-so-great losses, but it all evens out in the end. The key thing is to not get discouraged. 175/140.2/130 2nd weigh in today > > Hello all, > > Just need a tad of encouragement...just tell me it's going to be > okay.
