Guest guest
What the heck is wrong with some of those guys. I lost count of how many Dr’s I saw that said things like that to me. How about ”don’t think so much about yourself” or “it’s your nerves”. I think part of the problem is that 9 out of 10 people with lupus are female. How many times do you think a Dr would say such things to a man? Just asking. Cheryl in CA Hi a, Good come back.....I don' t usually come up with them till I'm home .....then sit there mumbling to my self all the witty things I should have said!! Years ago I had been trouble sleeping because my legs wouldn't stop moving at night.....None of the Doctors I saw about this condition took me seriously.........I didn't know there was a name for this condition, `Restless Leg Syndrome'.....untill after I was diagnosed with Lupus. One Doctor I saw didn't want to give me anything to help me sleep.......He just said to me....... " Why don't you just lay down and go to sleep? " ....
