Ginny - Adding my well wishes to everyone else's on tomorrow's visit. Hopefully, this neuro guy will be a good doc and able to take over the RSD issues. Sorry you've been having such awful trouble with all these docs. Hopefully it will all sort itself out for you soon. I am hoping to get some answers...and hopefully a treatment plan. I just found out my internist is no going to accept my insurance plan after Jan 1st...since he is the only one treating me for RSD right now...I am pretty upset by the news...plus he has been my dr since I was in my mid 20's and his partner has been my dr since I was 16 and he is leaving the as a provider for the insurance I have also. So now I am looking at a whole new team of drs basically...before jan 1st. I am hoping if I have a good appt tomorrow and he agrees with the RSD dx then this neurologist may be able to treat the RSD starting in Jan. If I don't like the neurologist I see tomorrow...then i will be looking for a new neurologist also..I know Donna used to work for a wonderful one and is seeing him in Jan...so there's a possibility. Also she likes her internist so maybe I will end up seeing him also. Oh well...not going to stress over it...How are you

Thanks you just made my day by making me much younger then I actually am...lol. My internist is the same...he REALLY listens to me..refers me to the right drs and If I want to be referred to anyone I just ask he just does it...no questions asked. He respects me as I respect him and he has a very nice personality...and he knows if I call it's an emergency...not just to whine about something. I really would change insurances just to stay with him...but my open enrollment for my insurance won't be until next sept through oct. So that's a long time to go without a dr. I'm sure hes a good reason in dropping the ins comp...but I just joined this one in sept because he accepted it...not because it was my first choice of ins companies to deal with. I wish he decided to leave it a couple of months ago and change then instead of now..bad timing. You summed it up perfectly..it does suck.

Ginny - Oh for cryin out loud. Gone give up this typing thing or else install my new voice recognition software. I just haven't done it yet cuz my speech has been a bit slurred and that might make it harder to get to work right.
