Guest guest
I've heard some people say they go 5 or 6 times a week. Our local center encourages members to workout a minumum of 3 times a week but no more than 4. Re: WW's and their programs. I am correct in assuming that your 100 lbs (almost) loss was done in just one year? That is incredible. Actually, it's incredible no matter how long it took you. What is it about curves that you think works. I picked up the book at the library and am thinking of doing the excercises at home (can't afford to join curves right now). How often do you go? I know they say three times a week, but I have heard some people go six days/week.

Guest guest
I just stopped going to Curves (I'm started a more hard-core weight-training and cardio routine at our new YMCA) and they also recommended at least 3x's a week. They said if you go every day or 5x's a week, to just work out lighter on the hydraulic machines and jump around more on the fit stations. That way you give your muscles time to rest and repair. 175/136.8/130 Re: WW's and their programs. I've heard some people say they go 5 or 6 times a week.
