Do I get extra points for my fantastic feat today? I actually was able to walk a block and a half, holding on to the baby stroller and was even able to talk while doing it! Oh yeah, I wasn't wearing my oxygen either, folks! Major step for me! Hugs Winnie

Hey, Winnie - - - congrats on a "major" feat!! It's these mile-markers that make us realize that working to get this weight off really is worth the effort!! You hang in there - - - - - and 48 pounds a year certainly is "doable" - -- that's less than a pound a week, and now that you're able to walk more, that should be a piece of cake!!
