Hugs, Barbara, I think the " walking tapes " you've heard about are video tapes by Sansome, called " Walk Away The Pounds " . There are three (at least) -- one mile, two miles, and three miles. You do them indoors and they are a combination of walking, marching, leg movements. I bought the one mile tape at Target for $6.99, but they had all three there.
