Very thick calluses on the heels and they have deep cracks that cut into the soft tissue. What I have known to work, is a pedicure to get rid of the excess thick skin, and then a product called Crack-ease ( if I'm spelling that right, (I can find out)) The pedicure is the most important part of the healing. The thick layers of peeling, usually comes after allot of sweating and rubbing of the feet tissue in socks. You may have to get socks that are worn by serious runners. 100% cotton is not good for feet like this. I just can't remember what the socks are made of. Ask a Specialty running shoe store. Hope this helps. Cindy C. Skin and bleeding Does anyone have a pile of skin fall off heels and have bleeding slices in heels as well? After every shower- I swear- if i keep it all I could make a pillow...... what a growse thought...... eeeeeks guess the meds are workin..... Seriously though - I've had that problem for some time and that can be pretty painful at times..... well on the heel that feels.....
