Guest guest
Bonny, It shouldn't be necessary to get a lawyer, but unfortunately, the folks who are proceccing your claim are so inept that it has come to this. Yes, it is time to get an atty. I don't know what they want to see on your claim but whatever it is an atty. should be able to tell so you can go about giving it to them. I'm in IL. and got mine the first time around. Was told that I would never get it, or would be turned down the first time and that I would then have to get an atty. I was terrified because I was facing divorce and couldn't work. I have now idea why it went through when others have such a hard time. I did get all my ducks in a row. Had letters from a Psychiatrist (depression), Geneticists, Orthopedic surgeon and Rheumatoligist all supporting my need for disability. If there is anything I can do to help you, let me know. I don't live that far from you. Robin Bonnie Heintskill wrote: Lo and behold, the hubby came home and I told him the bad news. He said to keep fighting it!!! I thought for sure he'd say give it up!!! Thanks again for the encouragement. I'll have to see what lawyers are in the Milwaukee area that are GOOD at this... Although the hubby says no lawyers....
