Bonny,

It shouldn't be necessary to get a lawyer, but unfortunately, the folks who are

proceccing your claim are so inept that it has come to this. Yes, it is time to

get an atty. I don't know what they want to see on your claim but whatever it is

an atty. should be able to tell so you can go about giving it to them. I'm in

IL. and got mine the first time around. Was told that I would never get it, or

would be turned down the first time and that I would then have to get an atty. I

was terrified because I was facing divorce and couldn't work.

I have now idea why it went through when others have such a hard time.

I did get all my ducks in a row. Had letters from a Psychiatrist (depression),

Geneticists, Orthopedic surgeon and Rheumatoligist all supporting my need for

disability.

If there is anything I can do to help you, let me know. I don't live that far

from you.

Milwaukee area that are GOOD at this...

Although the hubby says no lawyers....
