wow - hadn't thought of that...but my lowfat milk doesn't seem to cause me

any problem within an hour of taking my Armour.

Sandy I hope your brother will heal very soon. There is much stress

when someone is sick in the family.

I believe you are right about hypoT causing high cholesterol. I

never had high cholesterol until hypoT set in.

God Bless

Yes, I swallow my Armour.

Yes, I think that's one of the reasons I went hypo so fast the last

time I was pregnant. I stopped waiting an hour to eat anything

after taking my synthroid (I was on synthroid then) in the morning.

I had to eat when I woke up or I got nauseated. I think that,

combined with switching to a prenatal vitamin with no selenium (but

lots of iron and calcium) and not upping the dosage like I should

have(because of the increased estrogen) led to my going to a TSH of

11.5 in just a few short weeks. Which led to a miscarriage, I'm

convinced. ( my ex-OB thinks otherwise - might be because he didn't

test me early)

I didn't know much of anything about hypothyroidism or hashis and

now I do. :)

I reread my message and what I meant to say was NOT that I think

swallowing armour caused me to go hypo - swallowing armour works for

me

It's eating right after taking my thyroid hormone that caused

problems for me.
