Guest guest
I know the feeling well. I'm 68 & feel like I'm about 90. ----- Original Message ----- From: Cris I didn't receive this original e-mail - but... I'm 51 also. And I feel at least 70. I always say that I am afraid of what I will be like in 20 years when I really am that age. It scares me a lot!! Cris

Guest guest
I know people who are 70 who feel about 40..... sure wish that was me!! I sure hope that at some point, I start to feel better. And - I worry about down the road - what if we all start to feel better, and then we end up in nursing homes, and can't speak for ourselves, and they take our armour away!!! Guest guest
Me too. There's people in their 80s in my neighborhood who can work, walk & dance circles around me. They don't have my spinal problems tho. Oh yes...the nursing home thang. I dont want that either not just because of the Armour but because of all the other stuff that goes on in them plus I couldn't eat the foods I want or fixed how I want them. They likely wouldn't give me the vitamin supplements I take either & give me Rx drugs instead. Just what I don't need or want. I've thought about that a lot too. But it hasn't helped me have any more motivation or self-discipline anyway. Nothing seems to be an incentive anymore. I think I've reached all my goals in life, climbed all my mountains & haven't anything further to do except exist...mostly in a vaccuum or void cuz I ain't got no life. Can't seem to " get a life " either anymore & just don't seem to care much anymore. Re: " Sick " joke I know people who are 70 who feel about 40..... sure wish that was me!! Guest guest
I'm sorry.... I think about this a lot though - ever since I was in the hospital last year. I took my armour with me, and I was glad that I did. They told me I had to take my own - plus, I had to take my own estrogen that I was still taking at the time. They didn't have that low of a dose available. when my grandmother and when my father was in the nursing homes, they were both allowed to take their vitamins. My mom took them to my granmother for her. Actually, my dad was in a personal care home by me. I think he actually bought them himself, although, I know they were willing to order them from the local pharmacy for him. Same with my grandmother.
