I know that sounds silly, but I really can't tell. My son is wearing

shoes 23/7. He is a big baby, & I am afraid his feet

are getting too wide for his shoes. I know they are supposed to be

snug, but how snug? I know that if I don't put him in really thin

socks his feet look swollen when I take the shoes off. Thicker socks

just don't work. Also, he has suddenly developed some tiny little

blisters on his soles. They look like poision ivy, but of course a 3

mo old who wears shoes 23/7 hasn't been exposed so I am guessing

maybe a fungus from lack of air??

I am not real sure about this. My best suggestion would be to get ahold of

, who would know what the ideal fit width-wise would be. I know that length

wise for the mitchell shoes you don't want the toes going over the ends, but for

width the best I could guess would be that you want the sole of the foot to fit

comfortable on the insole of the shoe without it pushing the sides out. If you

need 's e-mail let me know.
