New (to me) form of exercise !

Tory and others,

I had so much fun today! I found a PlayStation on eBay for a reasonable

price and then found Dance Dance Revolution--also reasonable. Both items

arrived

today and with the help of my older son we set it up. We bopped around on

those dance mats for HOURS! I had no idea it would be so much fun, while at the

same time providing great exercise. But an added and unexpected plus is that

I can see it being of great benefit to my two kids (for those of you who don't

know, they're mild to moderately special needs with some neurological

issues). I was so pleasantly surprised that they willingly played on these

things

and actually did very well at it! My older son wants to get a set now for the

junior high youth group he is assistant pastor for... How FUN it is!
