Thank you for the updated version, and congratualtions on the

milestone of 5 years since your initial visit to Iowa. Think of the

change that has happened in those intervening years!

It goes without saying that your efforts and research paper have

played a significant role in the progress made. You have helped

countless clubfoot families and made a difference for many, many

individual children, my daughter included.
