RE: Val Harley - Can you please help me out with my Adrenal Fatigue?

Not really. It is always easier to break something than to fix it.

Especially if no one wants to tell you how to fix it and makes it hard to

get the tools yourself along with a do it yourself manual. :-) I'm pretty

sure mine have been going downhill for anywhere from 12-14 years.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy

enough people to make it worth the effort. Herm Albright

I am not a huge fan of Dr . I think his products are over priced

for what they are whihc is vitamins. Maybe the rebuilder as it contians

the glands, but Isocort is already a glandular. I do nto think doubling

up on glandulars is needed. And you cn buy vitamins separately a whole

lot cheaper.

Hey Val, okay ive been on Isocort 4 pellets in the morning right

after breakfast and 25mg DHEA. Ive been on this for 5 days so far.

What ive noticed is ive been getting a lot of headaches, still feel

tired and loss of motivation, ect, and my appetite has been a bit

surpressed. Sometimes i feel a bit better in the afternoon, but not

by much.

I either get up at 8am or 10am, sometimes i try to get up at 8am and

fall back asleep untill 10am. Its VERY hard for me to get out of bed

in the morning.

Can you take a look at these temps please? I ordered another digital

thero from Dr.Rinds website, but in the meantime mine only takes

temps in Celcius, i got it from Wal-Mart.

Wednesday: woke up at 8am.

11:00am - 36.7

2:00pm - 36.7

5:00pm - 37.0

Thurday: woke up at 10am.

1:00pm - 36.8

4:00pm - 37.0

7:00pm - 37.0

Friday: woke up at 10am.

1:00pm - 36.8

4:00pm - 37.2

7:00pm - 37.0

Sunday: woke up at 8am.

11:00am - 36.7

2:00pm - 36.7

5:00pm - 37.2

Saturday i was out all day so couldnt take temps, and i didnt eat or

do any physical event 20-30 minutes before taking these oral temps.

Can you give me your opinion on these temps?

Thanks Val.

Well if the Isocort is nto strong enough, then you may have to go to HC.

But I would try working up more and try a second dose of 2 pellets four

hours after the firts. If this makes you feel worse, stop it and try ot

get HC. Getting the AM high ebnoughto lower your ACTH is the primary

goal here as that wil normalize your noon levels.

Hi Val, thanks for your help i appreciate it.

Last question, these constant on and off headaches ive been having

since i started Isocort, is this a symptom of hypothyroid or has

something to do with the Isocort? Im also very agitated today. Life

definetly sucks right now.

Thanks Val.

Hi Val, i was just wondering if its normal for my temps to be 99.32

at any certain part of the day? Today i woke up at about 11:30 am,

ate breakfast and took 4 pellets of Isocort at about 12:30. Around

when i first woke up my temp was 98.24 before food, now at 2:00pm

about 90-100 minutes after taking the Isocort my temp is 99.32.

Yesterday when i took my Isocort at 8:00am, my temp at 2:00pm was

98.06. I also have more brain fog and feel a bit anxious. My face is

still puffy and bloated so is it possible my rise in body temp is

due to adrenal hormones and not thyroid? Because my face is puffy

like a hypothyroid person.

Mabye this is due to me getting up late, and taking my Isocort in

the afternoon instead of the morning, since my morning Cortisol was

low and my afternoon Cortisol was high?

The high temps indicate thyrodi rushing to the cells too fast. Thsi is

either just a thyroid dump or highish cortiosl using it up very quickly.

If the temps come back to normal laterin the day then it is just the

thyroid being used to o quickly but if they do nto come down, then it

would be condsidered a thyroid dump.
