Which fruits are a big part of your diet? How do you like to eat them? (Raw and

plain, baked, etc)

Any tips for working more fruit into an eating plan?

My Answer:

Right now I have blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, peaches, nectarines,

watermelon, canteloupe, red seedless grapes, and bananas. I normally just eat

them plain or in a smoothie made with yogurt.
