Woohoo!

I've been keeping track of my workouts using the Challenge- I

just joined the group. Using the compare option, I just noticed

that I'm not exercising as much as some of you- holy cow! *L*

Maybe I can kick it up a notch and get my points/stats a bit

higher. :-)

It is good to want to do better. Be sure you are competing with yourself,

because some of the others have a long history of working out and fitness.

I'm sure you already know this, but just be sure to not do more than your

body can handle.

because some of the others have a long history of working out and fitness.

Thanks . :-) I don't think I'm ready to workout as much as some of the

gals here... I'm still happy to get in my 30-60 minutes a day. *L*

I do like the idea of competing with myself, that's a great way to look at it!
