How do you lose so much in just 1 week? Which plan are you on?

To be honest, Sally, I don't know how I lost that much this week-

don't get me wrong I did notice my clothes much looser... but its

funny because this week I ate all of my 35 allowance and all of my

22 points for the day. I am on flex. Also, I got a cold the other

day so I could not workout like I wanted to.... I really am strict

when it comes to the points and write down every little thing I eat.

Because some things may be zero points because of the small amount

of it (for example the cough drops I take)... i tend to add one

point everyday for that just in case. other than that here are some

goals/tips I have for myself on my computer (I read them everyday):

My goals:

1. Don't go over 4 allowance points per day.

2. Exercise (treadmill/eliptical) for 30 min. at least twice a week.

3. Do weight training for 10-15 min. at least 3 times a week.

4. Drink lots of water.

5. Eat half your lunch & save the rest for later.

6. Eat slowly!

Of course, I don't stick to them sometimes... but thats ok. :)
