Guest guest
> Scary stuff!....lol. Is your computer clean. My recent posts have been posted through the Yahoogroups website, so they weren't even from my email program. Are you sure it's not the Yahoo advertising that is coming in as attachments? Depending on your mail settings within Yahoogroups, you could be receiving attached advertising from Yahoo. Yahoogroups strips off outside attachments, so if I did send an attachment file, it would not make it to the list. My Antivirus software is up to date and is updated daily before I check email. I'm running another scan now to be sure, but I practice safe computing - firewall, antivirus software, spybot search and destroy, mail filters to delete known viruses from my server, and I use webmail to delete the garbage before I open my mail program. And then I check the message source before opening anything that isn't clearly a known and expected message. -Barb
