Co-Q10 is a very important co-enzyme involved in the energy production

within the mitochondria (little power houses) of the cell. If you are

now or have been on any statin medication, you definitely should take

Co-Q10 to reduce the worst side effects of these drugs. Statins

destroy the muscle tissue (rhobdomyolysis) by destroying the CoQ10.

The heart is another muscle that has a lot of CoQ10. It is vital to

the health of the heart. So it depends on your age, past medication,

and other symptoms. I take it regularly - I found a very pure and the

most absorble form available - but it is expensive. However, it is

hard to put a price on good health.

I've been using the chewable papya since I was a teenager. The last batch was

from Vitamin world were just so so tasting though, and harder to chew.

I have used chewable paya tablets to aid in digestion, and they are about the

only thing that doesn't give me heartburn.
