My 4 1/2 year old son has FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder) and my yahoo support group for that has helped me to see that he is probably gluten intolerant. In fact, after only 3 days on the diet(and admittedly, I am still learning and he has probably gotten some gluten), he had the first " normal " bowel movement ever yesterday. So, now I need help. I can't figure out if beef is okay. Lots of artlcles talk about chicken and fish but no mention of beef so I am wondering if it is because of the grains that they are fed....Don't laugh, I am so confused at times with this!
