Guest guest Posted August 16, 2004 Report Share Posted August 16, 2004 I am back from a wonderful weekend and will try to catch up on emails through out the week. I hope everyone had a great one. My reunion was a blast and my time at the hotel yesterday was great too and thank god for flex points. This was my first time in the 6 weeks that I have been on the program that I ever used this many flex points but it was worth it. I hope I earned some AP with all the dancing I did this weekend because my abs are so sore but I had a fabulous time and I was SO HAPPY with how I looked. I am still beaming from the experience! I have a small vent regarding Activity Points. Why is that the less you weigh the longer you have to work out or increase the intensity? I started this program at 153.5 and worked out 6-7 days a week for 20-30 minutes and earned up to 3 AP per day. As of last week's weigh in I was 143 and I had started working out 5 days a week for 30-45 minutes and now I earn 1 point if I am lucky doing the same workout. Tomorrow is the end of my week so I am going to cut down my workouts to 4 days a week but 45-60 minute sessions of aerobic and then strength. At maintenance, my goal will be to work out at least every other day for about 30 min which will be about 3-4 days a week. Small vent but hard work. I'll catch up with everyone soon!
