Right now strawberries are the name of the game! I have them in my yogurt

with fiber one every morning, and over Dreyer's Grand Light Strawberry ice

cream every evening. LOVE them!

Soon blackberries will be ripe. Our neighbors have never cut back the

blackberries in their yard. I keep cutting back until the branches fill with

berries, then I start thinking about how much I love to go out early in the

morning, pick a cup of berries, and add it to nonfat vanilla yogurt.

I eating a lot of blueberries, strawberries, cherries, grapes, and

cranberries right now. I usually mix them in with dry cereal for a

snack, sometimes add some yogurt to that mix for breakfast, and other

times just eat them plain. I've also been making waffles lately (low

fat with sugar free syrup) and adding cut up fruit to those.

Thanks for the tip on the Dreyers ice cream. I was wondering if it was good.

I have tons of blackberries in my yard and we have already been eating them for

the last month.
