One thing I heard about the head after age 2 is that a big contributor

to the head growth is the skull thickening. That is why you would want

to correct the shape by age 2. Before age 2 the brain is growing more

and growth can be redirected to fill in flat areas (just as it was

redirected away from those areas to make them flat).
