Guest guest Posted December 26, 2004 Report Share Posted December 26, 2004 It's not about the calories. Higher protein, get ride of the sugar. Watch the carbs because they tend to have sugar. I'm not saying that you must follow a " low carb " diet. But up your protein and watch the sugar. Our bodies have a had time converting the sugar. Just my 2 cents.
