Guest guest
I buy the old fashioned kind. I got tired of trying to mix the peanut oil in the jar and now dump it in the mixer and blend it and put it back in the jar. Much easier. Guest guest
According to the website www.gfcgdiet.com., JIF is GFCF and on the OK list. We use it all the time. GrandmainGa. > Hi. It is a staple in our house as well, but I buy Smuckers all natural- just peanuts and water. I also make my own almond, walnut, hazelnut, and cashew butter which are all big hits around here. Peanuts are one of the most common allergies in children, but if your child is not allergic it shouldn't be a problem. Just check the list of acceptable peanut butters. The all natural I am talking about is not much more than regular and doesn't have the hydrogenated oils- which is a personal choice of ours to avoid ( not because of gluten or casein status ). Guest guest
Phenols are compounds that occur naturally in some foods that make some people with adhd experience more symptoms. They are the target for elimination on the Feingold diet. Guest guest
I use Crazy s, which contains only peanuts (no salt, no sugar, no added hydrogenated oils) and comes in chunky or creamy. Tastes very, very good and is one of the least expensive peanuts-only peanut butters I’ve ever found. Much cheaper than Smuckers natural.
